Q: Are there any age restrictions on the use of jewelry from Customgia?
A: Yes, the jewelry purchased on Customgia is not intended for use by persons 12 years of age or younger.
Q: What is the lead content of the jewelry?
A: Lead content varies depending on which jewelry parts are incorporated into your design. Many of the beads and metal parts on Customgia have zero lead content. Some parts, such as crystal components, have a small amount of lead in them. Our jewelry parts are only purchased from the best sources– including Swarovski, Eastern Findings and J.F. Allen & Sons. The parts featured on Customgia are the same as many parts used throughout the fashion jewelry world – sold in department stores and chain stores across the country – and we believe they pose no health risk whatsoever (unless you decide to eat them).
Q: I am allergic to certain metals. Which parts should I avoid?
A: Please call us at 1-888-455-7044 if you have any questions concerning allergies. We’ve used most of these parts for years with very few reports of allergic reactions. Most of our earring posts are hypo-allergic surgical steel. If you receive an item and discover you are allergic to something in it, we will gladly refund the purchase price. Our return policy is outlined below.
Shipping
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Most orders ship in two weeks or less. Many orders will ship in as little as two days. Occasionally, parts shortages will cause delays in shipping. All orders are shipped from our factory in New Jersey, USA. Most shipments will be in transit one to three days, depending on your location.
Q: I need my order shipped immediately. What should I do?
A: For rushes, please call us at 1-888-455-7044 We will try our best to accommodate your request. Rush order are shipped UPS Red and there will be an additional charge.
Q: What shipping carriers are used?
A: Customgia uses the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. To avoid delays or the possibility of theft, please make sure an adult is present to receive your shipment.
Q: How much are shipping charges?
A: Shipping charges are based on your location, the weight of the items and whether or not it is a rush order. We charge a small handling fee in addition to the shipping charges. Shipping and handling on most orders within the United States is between $5.00 and $15.00. Shipping charges are displayed when you place your order.
Q: Does Customgia ship outside the U.S.?
A: At this time, Customgia only ships to addresses within the United States, including Puerto Rico.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address when I placed my order. How can this be corrected?
A: Please call us immediately after placing the order. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will try to correct the address. If your order has shipped and we are able to reroute your order through UPS you will be charged for any fees imposed by UPS for this service. If your order has shipped and we cannot reroute the shipment, Customgia will not refund or replace the items.
Returns/Refunds
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Merchandise can be returned for a refund for any reason within 20 days from the ship date. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. After 20 days, merchandise cannot be returned. If your order is within the 20 day window and you would like to return the item(s), please send your product, including your first and last name, telephone number, reason for return and your order number to:

We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. You must include a return address on any package sent to us. Failure to include any or all of the above information may delay your refund. To prevent damage in transit, please wrap the items in newspaper or bubble wrap. We reserve the right to limit returns for Customgia orders.
Q: If I return an item, how will my purchase be refunded?
A: All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase. We are not able to process exchanges. To receive a replacement for your Customgia product, you must place a new order online.
Ordering and Payments
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We cannot accept any other forms of payment.
Q: I just placed an order and now I want to cancel it. Is this possible?
A: Yes, but please call us within 24 hours of the time of purchase. We start processing your order immediately after it is placed, so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to cancel it. If you order has already shipped, we will not refund the purchase unless you return the item(s) to us, as outlined above.
